Regulations for Campers
The camper is personally responsible for any damage or accidents he/she may cause and is also responsible for the actions of the persons camping with him/her. Any person staying at the glamping site must respect public decency and peace, and observe proper behaviour and morals. Several shower cabins are available, but the use of sanitary facilities/showers is limited to one family at a time. Each user must ensure not to dirty the sanitary/shower areas and must leave them clean after use so that everyone can use them in the best possible conditions. It is therefore mandatory to remove shoes before entering these areas. Wearing shoes is strictly prohibited in the tents and shower areas. In case of non-compliance and obvious dirt resulting from wearing shoes, an amount of €50 to €100 may be withheld to cover cleaning or replacement of ground mats. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the tents as well as in the sanitary areas. In the event of damage observed in the tent areas, the deposit may be fully or partially retained. The amount retained will be determined by the organiser. If bedding has been damaged, the full deposit will be retained as compensation. Mattresses are covered with protective covers, but additional mattress protectors are available in each tent and users should install them if deemed necessary. The basic rental of a tent is intended for 2 persons. Campers may choose to use either the double bed or the 2 single beds. If you rent a tent for 3 persons, you may only occupy 3 sleeping places, i.e. the double bed and 1 single bed. In case the 3 beds are used, an additional fee will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The tents are available from 4:00 PM for check-in and must be vacated on the day of departure between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Breakfast must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Breakfasts contain gluten and lactose and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements. Respect for the site and other campers It is strictly forbidden (under penalty of immediate exclusion) to leave your rubbish on the ground. Garbage bags are provided free of charge.
