Ticketing:

Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable and cannot be cancelled, even in the event of loss or theft. Their resale is prohibited. Tickets are only valid for the day and performance indicated and must be kept for the entire duration of the show. It is recommended to take your seat at least 15 minutes before the start of the event. No modification of the performance, such as its interruption after the intermission or halfway through its duration, will give rise to any refund. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, your tickets will automatically be postponed to another date. If postponement is not possible, a customer account will automatically be created. In all cases, no full or partial refund will be made. This ticket must be presented to controllers and to any official staff member who may request it. In the event of automated control, the first ticket scanned will be considered the valid ticket. Tickets are nominative; a valid official ID may be requested. A search may also be carried out; thank you in advance for your cooperation. Any object likely to present a danger to the public will not be accepted. Please avoid bringing bulky bags or backpacks. The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibility regarding the risks, dangers, nature and content of the event to which it grants access. By receiving the ticket, the holder waives any claim for compensation, for any reason whatsoever, against the venue, the organisers and any third party involved in the set-up or organisation. The Nocturnales team and its press partners reserve the right to film and photograph the audience for promotional purposes for Luc Petit’s shows worldwide. Videos and still images will be kept without time limitation.

General:

Flash photography is prohibited during performances. For security reasons, spectators may be subject to searches at the entrance. Entry will be refused to anyone who does not comply with this procedure. Parents are responsible for their children. We decline all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of objects within the establishment.

Catering:

Bar staff reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person whose behaviour justifies it.

Privacy Protection:

We place great importance on complying with regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (which came into force on 25 May 2018), known as the “GDPR”. As part of online ticket purchases, certain personal data concerning you are collected directly from you by the relevant organiser (data controller), whose contact details can be found at the bottom of this page. The personal data collected are as follows: your surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address, gender, mobile phone number, possible company affiliation and its contact details, payment and billing data, and booking history. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of the contract, namely the purchase of tickets. The organiser also considers that it may send you information relating to other shows and events (newsletter), insofar as this corresponds to its legitimate interests within the meaning of the aforementioned Regulation. In particular for the implementation of loyalty programmes, your data will be kept for an indefinite period, unless you exercise your right to be forgotten (see below). In order to protect your personal data, we have implemented measures in line with the most recent developments in IT security protocols. Within the framework of privacy protection, you benefit from the following rights: • right of access to your personal data; • right to rectification (if you find that your data are inaccurate or incomplete) and erasure (“right to be forgotten”); • right to request limitation or cessation of the processing of your data; • right to data portability (i.e. the right to request a copy of your personal data); • right to object to direct marketing (sending information about other events, newsletters, etc.). To exercise these rights, simply send an email to info@nocturnales.be. In case of any issue, you may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. Finally, we will inform you of any substantial change to our privacy policy as described above.
